Uses and Features

The cylinder and screw rods of extruder of this type are all made from high-quality alloy steel through nitriding and precision machining, so as to ensure optimal hardness and corrosion resistance. The extruder is lifted to 3 meters according to the technological requirements, and the machine unit adopts a lower blowing method. The winding device adopts the torque motor, and can keep suitable tension, orderly winding and convenient roll replacement. The polypropylene film blowing machine unit with rotary machine head is used to blow polypropylene (PP) films as well as low-density and high-density polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE) films. The films can be widely applied in packages of food, apparel, textiles, commodities, industrial products and the like.
